The NHL fantasy season is just about over. On Fanduel there is a two game slates which combine the Winnipeg v Nashville Game tonight with the Washington v Tampa Bay game tomorrow night. For the two game slate tho, they literally only have a $3 contest. No Multipliers, no beat the scores, and no variety of GPPs. If this is the case every day, I will be sticking with the single game contest for the remaining games.  On that note, I’m going with Winnipeg tonight.  They are the underdogs tonight, with Nashville being a -150 favorite tonight.  I believe in Connor Hellebuyck securing the win in a game 7, winner take all game.

Its win or go home in a deciding game 7

Top Tier Players

Mark Scheifele | Winnipeg Jets | $11,400
Blake Wheeler | Winnipeg Jets | $11,000

I believe in Winnipeg! One game at a time! Time to send Nashville golfing.  The best way to do that, is with Winnipeg’s top line. Prices have dropped a little for Winnipeg since the last single game contest. Either one of these players are a good place to slide into the captains position.

Connor has 4 points in the series vs NSH

Bargain Hunting

Kyle Connor | Winnipeg Jets | $8,400
Austin Watson | Nashville Predators | $7,700

Connor’s price dropped $500 since the last contest, which is great news for us! Having him will give us the complete first line. One or two goals from this line will give us a huge boost in score. The last player I picked for today’s game was Watson. Nashville’s third line hasn’t done a lot for them this series, but after seeing them go off on Colorado, I feel fine being able to use players from this line as my cheap player.

Defenders

Mattias Ekholm | Nashville Predators | $7,700
Jacob Trouba | Winnipeg Jets | $8,700

I wish I could get Byfuglien in on defense. Trouba has had a few games with a sub 10 score, but he had a good first three games of the series.  Including a 28 points in game 3.  He’s a solid guy to have at his price, and to continue with our Winnipeg stack.  For the final player, with $7,800 left, picking Ekholm, Nashville second line defender.  The last couple of games has been low for him, but before that, he had 8 games over 8, and as high as 26.
